Pageant Rules

1. Good Sportsmanship is required at all times. No name calling, messing with other peoples or contestants property, or physical/verbal abuse. This includes the parents and family members. We WILL disqualify someone for un-sportsmanship like conduct, we do not want to have to punish a child for the parents actions. Please set a good example for the contestants.

2. Judges decisions are final! Please remember there is a different outcome at every pageant, every judge looks for something different in a contestant.

3. The pageant or host hotel/facility is not responsible for injury to the contestant/family, or damage, loss or theft to their property. Please keep an eye on your things and do not leave them laying around.

4. Contestants are not required to go onto another level of competition or return to next years pageant to receive prizes won. They keep their title and prizes no matter what.

5. If there are enough contestants we may award savings bonds or cash awards. If savings bonds are awarded you will be required to submit your social security number to the pageant within two weeks of the pageant in order to receive it otherwise it is forfeited.

6. Discounts awards received to other pageant systems and contests are awarded and honored at that pageant system/ contests discretion, Miss majesty USA is an individual licensed pageant system and is in no way connected to any other system.

7. The pageant has the right to change or substitute prizes due to availability, sizes of crowns and trophies are approximate.

8. Your age is determined as of the date of the pageant deadline. You may move up an age division if you wish.

9. The pageant will not disclose other contestants names only the number of contestants…..do not ask the pageant you can ask the people yourself.

10. Cash only at the door…….no exceptions, we will send you to an ATM! Bounced Checks will be assessed a $25.00 returned check fee which you will be required to pay prior to competing.

11. No Late or door entries. If you enter late or at the door it will be at the Pageants discretion whether to let you compete or not and you may be charged a $100.00 late fee. Late entries that are allowed to compete may not receive their finalist crown , banner, and trophy due to having to pre order these items.

12. All Fees must be paid before you are eligible to compete.

13. All spectators are required to purchase admission tickets, one free all event pass is included with contestants packet for a chaperone.

14. Cameras and video cameras may be used as long as you are not disturbing the contestants or other spectators. If you are blocking views or disturbing contestants you will be asked to move/stop.

15. The pageant reserves the right to use photos, videos, or any other form of media of contestants on paperwork, website, ads, and other documents for promotional purposes.

I agree to abide by the rules of the Miss Majesty USA pageant, if I do not I am aware that it may result in disqualification and/or may be required to give up any titles, prizes, and awards won/earned. Registration Fee (this includes 1 program book, Official t-shirt, one chaperone pass, and one Banquet ticket)

*Early Bird Discount #1: Pay your Registration and beauty Fee by September 10^th , 2004 and your Royal Supreme Entry is paid............................ $150.00________

*Early Bird Discount #2: Pay your Registration and Beauty fee by September 24th, 2004 and your Grand Supreme entry fee is paid $150.00.........

(if you are entering one of the above early bird packages please put an “X” next to the optional events you are entering…if you enter additional optional events you must pay those fees)

* You must enter at least 3 different optional events to qualify for Grand Supreme and at least 5 different optional events to qualify for Royal Grand Supreme.

Early Bird packages must be paid in full by the Early Bird Discount in order to receive discounted price.

Your $50.00 Registration Fee is Due by the pageant deadline in order to hold your place in the pageant. Your remaining balance may be paid at the door.

Please include a picture if you would like one to appear in the program book. If your picture is not received by the pageant deadline it will not be printed in the program book. You may email these in jpg format to the pageant office, any other formats will not be accepted.

Please include any discount coupons you may have with your entry form. If you competed in a preliminary pageant or are a local queen the pageant has a record of your discounts received from that.

If you have referral discounts you may deduct them from your entry fee now or if you are unsure if they are entering we can deduct them at registration and you will be reimbursed. If you deduct them now and they do not enter you will be required to pay the balance at the door.

All guests attending the Saturday night banquet are required to pay for a banquet ticket. One ticket is included in the registration fee for the contestant. This must be paid for by the pageant deadline or a ticket will not be provided for you! All guests at banquet will have a chance to win prizes!

All spectators are required to pay an admission fee. The fee is $3.00 per event for speech, spokesmodel, freestyle modeling, and talent, and $5.00 for Beauty and crowning. Or you can purchase and all event pass for $10.00 (this excludes the theme wear competition you must purchase a banquet ticket to attend this competition)

One chaperone pass is included in the registration fee. The pass includes all events except theme wear.
