State/Regional Director Information and Application Packet.

 

Dear Prospective Director,

            I would like to take the time to thank you for your interest in the Miss Majesty USA Pageant System.  The Miss Majesty USA Pageant was Developed in 1998 with the idea in mind that everyone is a winner just for trying, therefore they all receive a crown even at the preliminary level.  We also like to encourage both inner and outer beauty focusing on the contestant’s strengths and giving them a chance to work on their weaknesses.  Because of this philosophy and our low entry fees we do not have a problem finding contestants willing to participate in our pageants because they realize that no matter what they will go home with a crown and a great experience. 

We offer age divisions for both males and females of all ages, as well as special awards for parents!   At the national level we give out thousands of $$ in prizes including custom banners and Large tiaras for each contestant, huge trophies, and many other awards. Every contestant has many opportunities to come home with several crowns and we always offer ways to enter for free!  And as always very low entry fees!

The Miss Majesty USA national pageant office will hold and sponsor benefit pageants in certain areas where entry is free with certain donations of food and/or items to be donated to local charities.  This is great PR for the pageant and a way to get our participants involved in the community and possibly give a chance to other people who can not afford to enter pageants but have always wanted to.

As a State/Regional Director you would be required to put on preliminary pageants in you area, you may also put on a yearly state/regional pageant if you wish however it is not required.  Each director is required to hold 3 pageants per year per state/region you choose. The National Pageant does NOT charge a franchise fee or per contestant fee…..what you make off the pageants is yours to keep!   Every year at nationals we will give directors awards based on different criteria, you will have a chance to earn prizes, Crowns, Banners, trips, and CA$H bonuses based on your work as a director!  Though out the year we will also offer incentives for our directors! 

State/Regional Directors will be required to purchase their crowns, banners, and trophies through the pageant.  This is very beneficial to directors as you will receive substantial discounts from what other suppliers offer, plus custom banners at a very low cost!  The reason for this is to offer our directors quality and custom awards at low prices to keep our pageants standards up, and also to save our directors money when putting on their preliminary pageants.  At some point in time we may have custom designed crowns made for the state/national level which will only be offered to our directors.

Please review the enclosed information and if you have decided to become a Miss Majesty USA State/Regional Director please complete the application and return to the Miss Majesty USA National Office.  Once your application is received and approved we will send you an agreement/contract for you to sign and return.  Once you sign your agreement you will  immediately be able to start holding preliminaries in your area.  You will also receive information and advice to help you with your duties as a director.
